Description
The Texturas Eines pack contains all the necessary tools needed in every step of the spherification process. Designed by Albert y Ferran Adria.
- 2 plastic 50ml syringes – for measuring out the drops that produce spherical caviar,
- 1 set of 4 stainless steel dosing spoons of different diameters – for larger preparations, such as mini-spheres, ravioli, gnocchi or spherical balloons,
- 2 collecting spoons – used to remove and wash the spherical preparation from the Calcic bath.
