Terra Rossa Potato Vodka
is a handcrafted, small-batch spirit from Cyprus, notable for being the country’s first vodka distilled exclusively from its renowned local potatoes. Produced by Aristides Distilling, the vodka is made without filtering, charcoal, or artificial flavorings, allowing the natural qualities of the potatoes to shine through. On the nose, it presents sweet notes reminiscent of freshly baked bread, while the palate offers a velvety sweetness followed by a pleasant crystal smoothness. The finish is longer than expected for a vodka, with delightful lingering notes of honey sweetness. In recognition of its quality, Terra Rossa received a Silver Medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
