Kythrea Single Malt Cyprus Whisky is a handcrafted spirit made exclusively from 100% indigenous “Kythrea” six-row barley, cultivated in the volcanic soils of Cyprus.This small-batch whisky is aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks and bottled non chill filtered to preserve its natural complexity and full-bodied character. On the nose, it reveals layered aromas of smoke, caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits with earthy and spicy undertones. The palate delivers bold flavors of smoked meat, toffee, chocolate, and citrus, balanced by a gentle malt sweetness and a touch of spice. The finish is long, warming, and slightly salty, with lingering notes of smoke and oak. With an ABV of 47.9%, this unique whisky offers an authentic expression of Cypriot terroir and tradition.
