Taking inspiration from the popular style of gin consumed in the 18th Century, the folks behind Hayman’s have created their own Old Tom Gin! Subtly sweet, though maintains a herbaceous quality throughout.

Palate: Zesty, rich palate. Sweet with gingerbread, juniper and spice.
