Made from day-fresh used coffee grounds, collected around Amsterdam by cargo bike. For a consistent taste they work with Moyee, an Amsterdam roaster that produces fairchain, sustainable coffee.
What makes it different: It’s made as a cold-brew coffee liqueur, which gives a smooth, delicate coffee flavour without bitterness. That makes it lighter and fresher than the heavy, syrupy coffee liqueurs common on the market. Cacao nibs and vanilla add creaminess, and a touch of orange keeps it fresh with a hint of sourness.
Tasting notes: Smooth, fresh and delicate. The pure coffee flavour builds and lingers for a long time in the finish. Sip it after dinner, pair it with dessert, or use it as the base for an Espresso Martini, which it was designed for.
About Full Circle: Full Circle was founded in Amsterdam in 2020 with one mission: turning waste into wonder. They rescue fruit, herbs and other ingredients rejected for looking imperfect, and turn them into handmade, award-winning liqueurs. Buying these “ugly” leftovers also means the farmers get paid for crops they would otherwise earn nothing from. Every bottle is handmade, and the recipes add as little as possible so the rescued ingredient’s own flavour stands out.
