It combines Atoumo flowers, Moringa flowers, fresh lemongrass, Cythère plum, grapefruit zest and pink peppercorns, with the Atoumo and Cythère plums grown in the gardens around the distillery. Atoumo is a local medicinal plant traditionally thought to be good for all ailments. Tasting notes: grapefruit-zest bitterness leads, over the freshness of lemongrass, Cythère plum and Atoumo flower. Great for Ti’ Punch, daiquiris, gin and tonics and spritzes
