A vodka with a strong Mediterranean identity, made in Jávea on Spain’s Alicante coast by the brand known for its moonlight-distilled gin. Production follows the lunar calendar, made in small batches from Mediterranean European grains, with botanicals including black olive, bergamot, lemon, rosemary, coriander and thyme.
What makes it different: It’s promoted as the first vodka of Mediterranean origin made with black olive, and it is distilled four times in a traditional copper still with no additives. It has real character but stays clean enough for cocktails.
Tasting notes: The nose shows herbal thyme and rosemary with fresh bergamot and lemon. The palate is smooth and silky, with a light black-olive touch leading to a balanced finish. It’s a natural fit for a Dirty or Dry Martini, and pairs well with olives, almonds and seafood meze.
