YOU WILL NEED

5 cl Cognac
1 cl Absinth
1 pc Sugar Cube
2 dashed of Peychaud’s Bitter


HOW TO PREPARE

Rinse chilled old fashioned glass with Absinth then pour out the excess drink. Soak sugar cube with bitter in mixing glass and add cognac. Stir ingredients together in mixing glass with ice and strain into the Absinthe – coated glass over fresh ice cubes. Garnish with lemon peel.
