YOU WILL NEED


5 cl Bourbon or Rye Whisky

1 pc Sugar Cube

2 dash of Angostura Bitter

Splash Water or Soda


HOW TO PREPARE

Place clean one use paper napkin on top of the mixing glass. Place sugar cube on top of it and add angostura bitter (make sure sugar cube soaks in bitter). Drop the cube into the mixing glass and dispose the napkin into the dustbin. Add dash of water or soda and muddle it with spoon until sugar dissolves. Top up with Bourbon or Rye Whisky and add ice cubes. Stir well and stain into the old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with orange slice or zest and cocktail cherries on a stick.
