YOU WILL NEED
6 cl Gold Rum
2 cl Fresh Lime Juice
2 c Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
6 pc Mint Leaves
2 cl Champagne Brut
HOW TO PREPARE
Gently press mint in the base of shaker add all the ingredients except champagne and shake well with ice. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass and top with champagne. Garnish with grapefruit peel
