YOU WILL NEED
4 cl White Cuban Rum
4 pc Lime Wedges
6-7 Mint Leaves
2 bs White Sugar
Top up with Three Cents Soda Water
HOW TO PREPARE
Place lime wedges into the highball glass and top with sugar. Muddle it to release the juice and add mint. Gently muddle mint to release aroma but do not distroy the leaves. Add rum and ice and stir well. Ad more ice if needed and top with soda. Stir gently and garnish with lime wheel and mint spring.
Tip: do not destroy the mint leaves as this will result into mint releasing unwanted bitterness. We only want the best of the mint in the mojito.
