YOU WILL NEED


6 cl Bourbon Whisky

5-6 Mint Leaves

1 bs Powdered Sugar

1 bs Water


HOW TO PREPARE

Combine water, mint and sugar in the glass or tin and stir gently until the sugar dissolves. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add Bourbon and stir well until the glass frosts (swizzle stick can be used for stirring). Garnish with mint spring. If you are using julep tin, place it in the freezer for at least half an hour before serving.
