YOU WILL NEED
4 cl Irish Whisky
8 cl Hot Coffee
3 cl Fresh Cream
1bs Brown Sugar
HOW TO PREPARE
First warm up the coffee glass (heat proof) with very hot water and leave to stand. Separately prepare cream by lightly whipping. Empty the glass and add whiskey and sugar and flame the mixture until the sugar is dissolved. Pour in hot coffee until it is about ¾ full and stir. Carefully float whipped cream over the back of a spoon.
