CYPRUS BRANDY SOUR

YOU WILL NEED

6 cl Brandy
3 cl Lemon Squash
2 dash Angostura Bitter
Top up with Three Cents Soda Water


HOW TO PREPARE

First make sugar rim on the glass then fill the glass with ice cubes. Add Angostura bitter then brandy and last lemon squash. Top up with soda water and stir gently. Make sure you do not stir too long as you may loose all the fizziness of the soda water.
