YOU WILL NEED


8 cl Bourbon

8 cl Boiling Water

1 bs Powdered Sugar


HOW TO PREPARE

You will need two large silver-plated mugs with handles. Preheat them with boiling water. Warm the whisky and pour it into the mug with sugar and fresh boiling water into the other mug. Flame the whisky using a long match and while still blazing pour the whisky into the other mug. Mix the ingredients by rolling them from one mug to another. Mix ingredients by rolling them from one mug to the other. Extinguish flame by covering flaming mug with base of the other mug and poiur the drink into the cognac glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
