YOU WILL NEED

5 cl White Peach Puree (fresh)
Top up with Prosecco


HOW TO PREPARE

Pour peach puree into the flute glass and top up with prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with fresh peach slice. Make sure you keep your puree into the fridge and you chill the glass before you make this cocktail. Chilled puree, prosecco and glass will maximize quality of the cocktail.

Tip: Pour puree into the flute glass and top up 1/3 with prosecco. Stir until mixed with prosecco. Then add remining prosecco until the top. Stir very gently. Doing it in 2 ways will result into the more fizz left in the glass.
