YOU WILL NEED
5 cl Amaretto
2 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cl Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE
Add all ingredients in the shaker filled with ice and shake well. If using also egg white strain the cocktail and shake it once more without ice (dry shake). Strain cocktail into old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with lemon peel and cocktail cherry.
