In this course you will discover new flavors, learn about taste and aroma of 16 different herbs, spices, flowers and other botanicals, and how to match them with other ingredients and incorporate them into your drinks. We encourage you to become the ‘Alchemist’ behind your bar, to experiment with different flavors, create homemade ingredients such as syrups, extracts, infusions, and craft your own unique cocktails.
