We’ll also dive in the alternative filter coffee brewing methods that are so popular all over the world now, such as Chemex, V60, Aeropress, Siphon, or Cold Drip. At the end of the course you will have the confidence to prepare any kind of hot or cold coffee beverage with perfection.
From the production and cultivation of coffee to understand the product you work with, to timing and calibrating espresso shots, to proper techniques for stretching and steaming milk for lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks.
